From skin care… to dog care.

I’m Joy — a licensed Master Esthetician and certified formulator with over a decade of experience working with skin and ingredients.

But I’m also a dog mom. And like so many dog owners, I found myself stuck in the same frustrating cycle year after year: hot spots, yeasty ears, itchy skin, and irritation that just would not quit.

So I started researching and testing drying powders — first on myself, then carefully with my own dogs. I wanted something light, gentle, and comfortable enough for sensitive, irritated skin.

And then came the potato.

Potato starch was one of the softest powders I tried. It felt cloud-light, smooth, and gentle — and I fell in love with the way it moved through fur while helping skin stay dry.
